Welcome to the McCarthy Creek Lot Owners Association website.
The McCarthy Creek Lot Owners Association (MCLOA) is an Alaska non-profit organization comprised of lot owners of the McCarthy Creek Subdivision, established to exercise the powers and functions of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Master Declaration for the subdivision and all addendums and bylaws on record.
The Annual Spring meeting of the McCarthy Creek Lot Owners Association is usually held on the second Thursday in May. See the Meeting Minutes section for the date, time and location of meeting.
The Fall Meeting will be held on the 2nd Thursday in October.
